Turn Key Design Build/Experience
Project Name: GNGS Sun City M&R Station
Owner: TECO Peoples Gas
Location: US Hwy 301, approximately .5 miles north of State Road 62 intersection in Parrish, Florida
Project Scope:
The owner selected TESCO as the turn key provider of engineering, material procurement, and construction of the natural gas metering and regulating station “Gate Station” with a flow rate of 1.1 million cubic feet per hour to serve the southern portion of the distribution system.
Services Provided:
Turn Key Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management of natural gas piping, conditioning and regulating equipment, metering and flow computer, and cathodic/grounding equipment.
As Director of Utility Services for TESCO, Mr. Firebaugh designed the project, provided all engineering and specifications, selected contractors, inspected construction, reviewed and approved all tests, coordinated installation with GNGS, and assisted owner with commissioning.
