Project Name: CITROSUCO Pipeline Extension
Owner: CITROSUCO North America, Inc.
Location: US Highway 60 East, Lake Wales, Florida
Project Scope:
The owner selected TESCO as the turn key provider of engineering, material procurement, and construction of twelve miles of 8” natural gas pipeline from an existing Florida Gas Transmission Company/Central Florida Gas Company metering and regulating station to the new citrus processing plant east of Lake Wales, Florida.
Services Provided:
Turn Key Engineering, permitting, Material Procurement, Construction Management of twelve miles of high pressure steel natural gas pipeline, and underground piping within the citrus processing facility.
As Director of Utility Services for TESCO, Mr. Firebaugh designed the project, provided all engineering and specifications, selected contractors, prepared five (5) FDOT permits, two (2) railroad, and Polk County right of way utilization permits, inspected construction, reviewed & approved all tests, and provided owner with “as constructed” drawings/project documentation.
Contract Value: $ 1.8 million
Twelve miles of 8” transmission pressure (300 psi) natural pipeline.
